Exercises To Increase Vertical

My name is John Sherman. I was a high school basketball sub. I was not tall enough. Fortunately, my 15 year old son Phil, a freshman in high school, is taller. But, he has trouble reaching sufficient height when jumping. This worries him because Phil has some “shot" at starting on his freshman team if I could just find him the right exercises to increase his vertical jumping!
